The following document explains how school documents must be prepared for apostille authentication.

 

To obtain an apostille on a criminal records check, the issuing police agency official must sign the results and that signature must be witnessed by a Georgia notary public. Police agencies often do not notarize the records check. If this is the case, complete the affidavit below and sign it in the presence of any Georgia notary public.
