With its legislative mandate in mind, the Authority continues to explore avenues in which processes and programs can be improved at no cost to state and local governments.  In that effort, the Clerks’ Authority has developed eFile programs that offer the filer the ability to submit documents electronically to Clerks of Superior Court.

This cooperative effort between the Clerks of Superior Court and the Clerks’ Authority continues to expand to benefit the public.
