Notary Public Educational Rules for the State of Georgia (Effective January 1, 2025)
With the adoption of House Bill 1292 by the Georgia General Assembly during the 2024 legislative session, Georgia’s notaries public are required to complete an educational training course as part of the application process. The educational requirement applies to all notary applicants, whether it is an initial (new) application or a renewal application. You may access the educational rules here of below.
